Why I am writing.

Look, whatever I write on this blog I understand it won't be mellifolously wrote and that of someone with flamboyant linguistic flair. Im just trying to practice writing articles so I can gradually improve and attain the skills that are needed of a Journalist. And what better way to practice writing by composing articles on the Arsenal, I do try not be a raconteur as that can be extremely monotonous. But hey ho, I just want to practice.

Summary of the past weeks.

Arsenal don't seem to have that never say die attitude that other teams possess. If we look at the Newcastle game for example, 4-0 up cruising along then within 30 minutes they clawed their way back to 4-4 absolutely ridiculous!

It's honestly astounding how litterally like four weeks, everything was going for Arsenal as a team, looking dominant and impressive in every single competition thet we were in. A goalkeeper that commands the back four, reminiscent of the Seaman and Lehmann days. You feel secure when you watch Woijchech in goal but with Almunia and co, it's a heart in mouth situation everytime the oppositing have an opportunity to score.

The cacophony of noise that erupted in our household when the Dutchman conjured up that spectacular volley to make it one all in the Carling Cup Final. But, then to sheer despair, gut wrenching and nauseating emotions after Woijchech and Koscielny amalgamted an absolute clanger to give a gift od a goal to Obefemi Martins and the brummies in the dying moments of the game. It hurt.

Now we are left with the Premier League and having to take part in a do or die game with Manchester United later on in the season, will we be victorious or lose? Probably the latter. However, whatever the outcome of that game is, it doesn't really matter, even if we do triumph Arsenal will still buckle underpressure in final stages of the season as usual. Same old Arsenal always shaking.

I know this might be really perdantic but it really infuriates me when we have a perfect opportunity to reep havoc on the opposing team and we start pulling out flamboyant tricks and flicks and of course end up losing possession. I always see Bendtner trying to emulate skills that of Messi or Ronaldo, when in fact he's just an average Dane. Lathargic turd I hear you cry.

I am an ardent supporter of Arsenal and what really frustrates me more is when i believe in certain players nd try and articulate to my dad that certain players such as Arshavin (who has been under a bad spell) who on his day and on better form can be quite capable of producing magic from their left or right peg. But when they do something gaumless or cloddish, I just hear my dad chunter to himself about how poor the player is.

Oh well, let's still follow the melancholy that is Arsenal.

In Arsene We Trust?

Look, I am a great believer in Mr Wenger and I am greatly appreciative of what this man has done for Arsenal. Yes, we haven't won a major trophy in five nearly six years but if you look at the team we had three/four years ago it's evidently clear we have improved massively. Having losing the likes of Flamini, Hleb and Gilberto Silva which was a massive blow for us and to be perfectly honest we wasn't left with much of a team, so it was inevitable that titles were a no-go area.

As we all know Arsene is extremely stubborn when it comes to strengthening a team like being advised to spend millions of pounds. But I can't help but notice that every time he has 'splashed the cash' so to speak, he has got it right most of the time. Samir Nasri has been in fine form this season, Robin Van Persie has been at Arsenal for a while and of course has had constant battles with injuries he has started to gain back fitness and fire in goals for fun. Arshavin was an instant success when he first joined, everyone remembers those magical four goals at Anfield. His form has dipped of late and he has owned up to it but I'm sure a player with the talent of Arshavin's this shouldn't be a problem to rectify. Cesc Fabregas is the heartbeat of Arsenal, he has developed professionalism and gained maturity; he is that vital mechanism that keeps the clock ticking at Arsenal.

I can go on and on with the impressive players that fills our Arsenal squad today but it's important to realise that Arsene has worked up to this point, where we get to a Carling cup final (which I will blog about later), beating Barcelona in the first leg of the advance stages of the Champions League and within inches away from Manchester United at the top of the Premier League.

In my opinion, Arsene has done fantastic for us and he is still doing the right thing for this team, personally it's an 'In Arsene We Trust' situation for us at the moment.

Introductory First Post...

Hello,

I just want to introduce myself as I am very new to the blogging scene. My names Daniel and I have been passionately supporting Arsenal FC for sixteen years. Your probably thinking that I won't know alot about the beautiful game especially that of Arsenal's as I am only sixteen. However I'm extremely passionate about Arsenal and I think it would be a change if someone as young as me would be allowed to give my point of view. I'm seriously considering becoming a football journalist, as writing articles on football is something I'm really beginning to enjoy. Writing articles would be extremely beneficial to me as it will give me experience in abundance, and would allow me to keep improving.

Thank you for your time.
